Dewan Faisal is the head of Legality. Mr. Faisal started his professional carrier with A.S & Associates, and worked as an independent professional for a period 12 years. During this period, he leads three departments of A.S & Associates namely Department of Corporate Advisory, Department of Corporate Finance and Department of Taxation. In his practice span, he worked with local and multinational companies like Evonik International Holding B.V, Sarens N.V., Equitable Consulting Ltd., Rural Power Company Limited, RPCL- Norinco Int. Power Limited etc.; law firms like Grandall Law Firm, Zhong Lun Law Firm, Beijing Kangda Law Firm, Norton Rose Fulbright, King & Wood Mallesons etc., and actively worked in different cross border acquisition transaction.
